European orders are shipped by our warehouse in The Netherlands

• NL + BE: PostNL
• DE:  DPD
• All other orders: UPS.

USA

American orders are shipped by our warhouse in Michigan by USPS.

Delivery Costs

The shipment costs are calculated based on geography, customer group, product and shipping method. You can view the delivery costs in your Shopping Cart and during checkout.

Return Policy

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and service. If you are not satisfied with the product or the delivery, i.e. you received a defective product or an item different from the one you ordered you can return the product free of charge within two months after delivery. Please contact our customer service before returning the item. In your message, please include your order number and specify the defect.

Upon receiving your returned product we will immediately send you a new product to replace the defective or wrong product. In case of a defect or in case you accidently received a wrong product the costs of return shipment will be at our expense.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you accidently order the wrong product then it is not a problem! You can return the product within 30 days after delivery.

It is important that the product is complete, undamaged and unused. If you would like to exchange a product or would like a refund, please contact our customers service before returning the product. Please state the article number and order number when contacting our customer service. We will then give you further instructions on how to return the product.

After receiving your returned product we will issue you with a full refund, including the initial delivery costs and excluding the postage costs for returning the product.

Product must be returned in its original packaging and are inspected on return. We do reserve the right to refuse replacement if it has been excessively worn or vandalised.
