Absolutely. Especially if you're just starting with tinting or makeup, we're happy to help you via email or web chat. We'll look together at which products suit your salon. For example, do you work with Hybrid Brows? Then we'll advise you on colors, application and complementary products.
How quickly will I get a response?
Within 24 hours on business days, often even faster. For extensive questions or custom advice, you'll always get a response from a specialist on our team.
I'm a private individual and have a question. Is that possible too?
Of course! Although we mainly work with professionals, you're also welcome as a private individual. Just mention that you're a private customer, and we'll tailor our advice accordingly.
Do you also accept returns?
That depends on the product and the situation. For unopened packages, we'll always find a solution. Even better: let us help you think it through beforehand, so we can prevent you from ordering something that doesn't fit.
