How do I use the lash serum?

1. Once a day, preferably in the evening, gently apply the lash serum to the root of the hair of the upper lash line.
2. Use the brush provided and apply like eyeliner, with eyes closed. The amount on the brush is sufficient for both eyes.
3. Treat only the upper lashes, the serum will naturally end up on the lower lashes as you close your eyes.
4. Wipe off excess serum on the rim of the bottle.
5. Use the serum only on dry skin and not before or after sunbathing.
6. Rinse out the serum immediately with lukewarm water if it gets into the eyes.

First results are visible after 4-6 weeks. Thereafter, apply the serum 2-3 times a week to maintain the effect. Stop using immediately in case of skin irritation or redness. Make sure the product does not get into your eyes, but only on the hair roots of the lashes.

I just starterd using the serum and now my lashes are falling out.

This is a temporary increase in falling-out hairs, also known as ‘shedding’. The eyelash serum now also stimulates resting hair follicles, causing these hairs to fall out faster to make way for new hair growth. This is a good sign that the serum is working.

Can I use an eyelash serum during pregnancy?
Although the risks are minimal, we recommend not using an eyelash serum during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Can I use an eyelash serum with false lashes/lash extensions?
Yes, the serum is suitable for use with contact lenses and false lashes or lash extensions.

Can I use lash serum with mascara?
Yes, apply the lash serum first and let it dry before applying mascara.

Can I use lash serum for eyebrows too?
Yes, but for optimal results we recommend a special eyebrow serum. This is more powerful and comes with an eyebrow brush.

I have been using the eyebrow serum for a long time but it seems to be losing its effectiveness.
With prolonged daily use, a saturation phase may occur. Therefore, use the serum only 2-3 times a week after about 6 weeks. If the serum loses its effect, stop for 1 to 2 weeks and then start again.

When is it better not to use an eyelash serum?
Do not use in case of intolerance to any of the ingredients, on damaged skin, during pregnancy, breastfeeding or chemotherapy. Keep out of reach of children.
